We started with basement remodeling ads, then expanded into home additions, kitchen remodeling, and showroom-focused campaigns as the business grew.

Results

Strong basement campaign performance gave Loti the confidence to increase ad spend and expand into home additions, kitchens, and showroom-focused marketing.

Challenges

Loti Contracting started with a smaller advertising budget of  $40 per day, so we had to focus on one service and prove the campaign before expanding. Basement remodeling performed well, but demand became more seasonal during the winter months. Home additions also have a longer sales cycle because of their larger budgets and planning requirements. The challenge was to keep lead flow consistent while adjusting the service mix based on seasonality and project value.

Interesting Takeaways

Loti Contracting is a strong example of scaling a campaign gradually instead of trying to advertise every service from day one. We started with basement remodeling because it matched the initial budget and gave us a clear category to optimize. Once the campaign produced results, Ronan increased his Facebook advertising budget and added home additions. When basement demand slowed, we shifted more attention toward kitchen remodeling. With the addition of a new showroom, we are now also using showroom-focused advertising to create another strong lead source.

Results

1. Loti Contracting began with basement remodeling ads and generated enough qualified opportunities to justify increasing the advertising budget.

2. During slower basement periods, we introduced kitchen remodeling campaigns to keep lead generation more consistent.

3. With Loti’s new showroom, we are now running showroom-focused ads to bring homeowners into a stronger in-person sales environment.

4. The campaigns have contributed to multiple project closings across basement, kitchen, and home addition services, including a recent project valued at approximately $52,000.
