Cabinet All, led by owner John, is a remodeling and cabinetry company serving Fairfax- Northern Virginia. Since January 2025, the company has worked with us to generate qualified leads through both contractor-focused B2B campaigns and homeowner-focused B2C advertising.

Client Objective

Cabinet All wanted a higher volume of qualified leads, starting with contractors who could visit the showroom and later expanding into direct homeowner remodeling opportunities.

We launched B2B showroom campaigns for contractors, then expanded into B2C kitchen remodeling ads using original video content recorded by John’s niece.

Strong results from Cabinet All led John to trust us with a second company, Home Design, while original video content significantly improved B2C lead quality.

Challenges

The B2B side performed well early, with contractors visiting the showroom and creating consistent opportunities. The bigger challenge came when we expanded into B2C kitchen remodeling. Homeowner leads required a different approach, and initial home-visit opportunities were slower to convert. We needed to improve trust and make the ads feel more personal and authentic so homeowners felt comfortable taking the next step and booking a consultation.

Interesting Takeaways

Cabinet All showed how different audiences require different creative strategies. Contractor-focused ads worked well by inviting professionals directly into the showroom, where they could see products and build relationships. For homeowners, original content became the turning point. Videos recorded by John’s niece felt more natural and credible than generic creative, helping the B2C campaigns perform better. After seeing strong results with Cabinet All, John expanded the relationship and brought us in to market his second company, Home Design.

Results

1. Cabinet All generated consistent B2B interest, with contractors visiting the showroom and creating strong sales opportunities.

2. The contractor-focused campaigns produced good closings and helped establish a reliable lead flow for the business.

3. After expanding into B2C kitchen remodeling, original video content recorded by John’s niece improved engagement and lead quality.

4. Homeowner campaigns gradually gained traction, leading to stronger home-visit opportunities and project closings.5. John was satisfied enough with the results to bring us on for a second company, Home Design, where we also began running B2C advertising.
